What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How Quickly Are Orders Processed And Shipped?
We ship 90% of all our orders within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on the weekends. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
During seasons of high sales, restocks, and new drops the delivery of your package(s) may take a little longer.
If an item(s) is out of stock, this may cause delay in processing and shipping you order. Every order that is delayed will be notified via email or phone about any changes associated to your order.
How Much Is Shipping?
United States: Free standard shipping on all USA orders over $50, expedited shipping will be shown at checkout. be reflected at checkout depending on the shipping destination and weight of your order.
International: Shipping prices will be reflected at checkout depending on the shipping destination and weight of your order. At this time we do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Yes, we have a very secure ordering system. All our orders are run through a secure network, we do not see any private information from any customer. Security and privacy is of our highest priority for all our customers.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order. By creating an account you will be able to track your order much easier. Also by having an account you get an early access to upcoming products, early promotions, discounts offers, limited edition items, as well as free gifts per purchase.

How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive an email invoice for your product which will include a tracking number. If you have an account, you can log into your account and track your package where it says “ORDERS”.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel or have any changes to an order placed fill out the form located on “Contact Us” at the bottom of our home page. Please give detail description on how we can help you.
Note: Any order that is placed after 48 hours of payment can no longer be canceled or changed.
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on all orders as long as the item is in its original and sellable condition within 60 days upon receiving the item. Washed items or with animal hair are not eligible for returns/exchanges. We do not accept returns on any hats or socks due to hygienic reasons.
We will pay for the return shipping as well as provide a shipping label for all exchanges within the United States. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method (with a handling fee of $5) or come in form of store credit. We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition. If items are not in stock at the time we receive your item, you will be receiving store credit for it.
We do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties.
